Aldo Leopold

Aldo Leopold (1887-1948) was an American author and ecologist, born in Burlington, Wisconsin, and later passing away in Baraboo, Wisconsin. He is best known for his influential work in wildlife management and conservation, particularly through his seminal book, "A Sand County Almanac."
