Ayn Rand

Ayn Rand (1905-1982) was a Russian Empire-born author known for her influential philosophical novels. She was born in Saint Petersburg and later passed away in Manhattan. Rand is best known for her works that explore individualism and capitalism, including "Atlas Shrugged" and "The Fountainhead."
