Dambudzo Marechera

Dambudzo Marechera (1952-1987) was a Zimbabwean author born in Rusape. He is known for his influential works that explore themes of identity, exile, and the complexities of post-colonial life. Marechera spent much of his later life in Harare, where he continued to write and engage with the literary community.
