E.T.A. Hoffmann

E.T.A. Hoffmann (1776-1822) was a German author and composer born in Königsberg, in the Kingdom of Prussia. He is renowned for his contributions to the genres of fantasy and horror, blending elements of the supernatural with psychological depth. Hoffmann spent his later years in Berlin, where he continued to influence literature and music until his death.
