Frantz Fanon

Frantz Fanon (1925-1961) was a French philosopher, psychiatrist, and revolutionary writer born in Fort-de-France, Martinique. He is best known for his works on colonialism and race, including "Black Skin, White Masks" and "The Wretched of the Earth." Fanon's influential ideas continue to shape discussions on identity, decolonization, and social justice. He passed away in Bethesda, Maryland.
