Karl Marx

Karl Marx (1818-1883) was a German philosopher, economist, and revolutionary socialist born in Trier, in the Kingdom of Prussia. He spent much of his later life in London, where he developed his theories on capitalism and class struggle, most notably in works such as "The Communist Manifesto" and "Das Kapital."
